Идентификация генотипов Mycobacterium tuberculosis, ассоциированных с резистентностью и чувствительностью к лекарственным препаратам

Резюме
Проведено молекулярно-генетическое исследование 1454-х изолятов Mycobacterium tuberculosis методом VNTR-типирования, циркулирующих на различных территориях (РФ, Киргизии, Казахстан, Перу) с целью выявления ассоциации между принадлежностью к определенному генетическому семейству и наличием, либо отсутствием множественной лекарственной устойчивости (МЛУ). Найдена ассоциация между наличием МЛУ и принадлежностью к типу M2 (χ2=0.167, p= 0.000), типу М11 (χ2=0.145, p= 0.000), группе MST типов №548 (χ2=0.090, p= 0.003) семейства Beijing M.tuberculosis. Для группы изолятов MST типа №540 найдена ассоциация между принадлежностью к данной группе и отсутствием МЛУ (χ2=0.081, p= 0.008). Аналогичные результаты были получены для семейства Haarlem (χ2=0.138, p= 0.000), группы Т65 (χ2=0.096, p= 0.001), для семейства URAL (χ2=0.102, p= 0.001), и для группы Т16 (χ2=0.114, p= 0.000). Таким образом, был проведен поиск ассоциативных связей между генетическими семействами и наличием широкой лекарственной устойчивости. Полученные данные будут способствовать лучшему пониманию молекулярной эпидемиологии туберкулеза, и принятию эффективных превентивных мер борьбы с этим заболеванием.
