Brief summary
Ways of transfer of biological pollution of water transport vessels, leading to the emergence of the territorial waters of Russia and foreign organisms harmful infections. It sets out a variety of ways to prevent the transport of biological contaminants analyzed their advantages and disadvantages. We propose a list of possible activities, the practical realization of which may lead to the minimization of the risk of proliferation of biological contaminants in waters of Russia.
