The increase of aggregative functions of thrombocytes in vitro and in vivo was revealed in new-born calves with dyspepsia. Profound displacements are in the base of the disturbances of lipid composition of thrombocyte membranes, the increase of the level of the middle molecules and activation of peroxide oxidation of lipids in plasma and in platelets, strengthening of Willebrand factor synthesis in the wall of vessels and intensification of thromboxan formation in platelets. Activation of thrombocyte formation is fundamental reason of the blood clotting rise in new-born calves with dyspepsia. Correction of thrombocyte ling hemostasis Is possible with the help of pathogenous stipulating complex of Phosphopag-Acos capable to decrease the level of middle molecules in organism and to correct peoxide oxidation of lipids.
