This investigation is first attempt of explanation of connection enzymatic datas of phosphatases in sebaceous and eccrine glands in sole with nature of behavior grey and black rats. The literature gives data on morphology and histology of skin sole eccrine glands, but there in no information on histochemistry of enzymes this glands (especially in sebaceous glands in hair part of the sole). The histochemical analysis of the three types of phosphatases (acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, ATP-ase). Demonstrated interspecies difference for every examined species rat in sebaceous and eccrine glands. This enzymatic difference is bound with hemocommunication of the rats. For rat marking of soles is first importance. The rapid changes information of animal containing with eccrine glands. The information slowly changes is bound with sebaceous glands. The secret of the both types glands take part totality in marking behavior rats. Our results demonstrate interspecies difference in histoenzymatic datas of phosphatases in sole glands are play important role in social behavior grey and black rats.
