In this study present we the interaction between the vascular dysfunction, endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilatation and endothelin-1 (ET-1) plasma level by 25 patients with systemic sclerosis (SSC) (age 47 + 2,6 years). All patients with SSC have the vascular abnormalities in the skin microcirculation, decrease of the endothelial-dependent and endothelial independent vasodilatation in compare to control group. The skin blood flow was correlated with vascular dysfunction and systemic ET-1 plasma level.
