The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy of indirect MR arthrography following intravenous contrast injection after conventional MR imaging in the diagnosis of shoulder instability. Twenty-two patients with clinically suspected glenoid labrum damages were examined. Conventional MR images and post-contrast indirect MR arthrography images were obtained. Results were than analyzed depending on surgical output.
