Восстановление лицевого нерва в нейроонкологии. Обзор литературы.

Резюме
Хирургическая коррекция лицевого паралича после удаления опухолей задней черепной ямки и латерального отдела основания черепа, по-прежнему, остается актуальной и одной из сложных проблем в современной медицине и нейрохирургии. Тяжелая дисфункция лицевого нерва, сопровождаясь косметическими, функциональными и психологическими нарушениями, является причиной социальной дезадаптации пациентов. В статье, основываясь на современной литературе, приведeн обзор различных методов хирургического лечения данной патологии, направленных на восстановление мимики и симметрии лица.
