Peptide pharmaceuticals effect on sensory-motor development of non-inbred rats female offspring

Brief summary
The study purpose was to assess the effect of delta sleep inducing peptide (DSIP) and an analogue of the 4-10 fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (FAKTH) used in the period preceding pregnancy on sensory-motor development of non-inbred rats female offspring. The results of the study indicate a transient three weeks of the postnatal period lag in the sensory-motor development of animals receiving DSIP and FACTH offspring.
