Brief summary
The nine-year clinical and laboratory study of immune status specific indicators of Kambarka chemical weapon destruction facility?s employees (Kambarka City, Udmurt Republic), who worked in industrial areas with the potential danger to be exposed to poisonous substances, was carried out in order to identify the stable dose-dependent changes in immune status. 574 workers were examined. The control group is conditionally healthy 286 people who do not work at the facility, but live in the surrounding territories. The most obvious immunity shift in parameters of adaptive immunity humoral link was observed in employees working in hazardous working conditions. However, these changes clearly do not fit into the dose-effective dependence model due to the tendencies presence of multidirectional changes preservation in directions to decrease and to increase the deviations number and both over the years and according to the analyzed analytes.
