Brief summary

In the review the current level of technical development of individual portable systems for inhalational drug delivery in the form of dry powder is analyzed. In the course of literature analysis it was found that individual portable dry powder inhalers can be considered as promising technical means for application at the stages of medical evacuation. The authors formulated the requirements that must be taken into account when developing convenient and easy-to-use inhalers for provision in structures and departments involved in emergency response.
