Widespread signs of violations of morphogenesis, as well as susceptibility to occurrence of acquired diseases, difficulties determining the prognosis and the peculiarities of the individual clinical forms of Dysplastic heart under conditions military service determine the urgency of the problem of the DST.
Retrospective analysis of results echocardiography in military hospitals of the cities of Saratov, Novocherkassk, clinic of the 1 Department (therapy and advanced physicians training) of St. Petersburg city armed forces personnel aged 18-45 years. 620 armed forces personnel of both sexes have been studied with Dysplastic heart according to echocardiography.
