Brief summary
Quality of life is a necessary criterion for the effectiveness of operative treatment of urinary stress incontinence. There were performed the modified Kelly surgery, Figurni K.M. surgery and TVT surgery. The study was conducted among women with 1, 2 and 3 degree and 2 type of urinary incontinence. The choice of operative treatment depends on the degree of urinary incontinence. The modified Kelly and Figurni K.M. surgery was performed at 1-2 degree of urinary incontinence, TVT surgery at 2-3 degree. All patients also underwent surgical treatment of genital prolapse. High rates of quality of life in one month after the modified Kelly surgery were observed in patients with 1 and 2 degree of urinary incontinence. In patients with 2-3 degree of urinary incontinence this were noted after TVT surgery. After the modified Kelly surgery in 1 and 2 year after operative treatment of urinary stress incontinence patients of 60 years and over with 1 and 2 degree of urinary incontinence and women 40-50 years with 2-3 degree of urinary incontinence were satisfied with quality of life.
