История и современное представление о проблеме лечения переломов дистального отдела предплечья (обзор литературы)

Резюме
В статье представлен экскурс в историю становления и динамики развития подходов к оказанию помощи пострадавшим с переломами дистального отдела предплечья. Разно-сторонне освещены различные аспекты рассматриваемого вопроса. Раскрыты измене-ния процесса эволюции диагностики по мере совершенствования и возникновения но-вых технических возможностей, а также средств для ее осуществления. Особое внима-ние уделено вопросам лечения данного вида повреждений. Предпринята критическая оценка современных подходов и методов лечения переломов дистального отдела пред-плечья. Рассмотрены с точки зрения сегодняшнего дня вопросы их эпидемиологии и классификации. Сделан акцент на важности оценки результатов лечения и оптимиза-ции их критериев для объективного сравнения исходов оказания медицинской помощи.
