Гиперурикемия и ее роль в развитии некоторых сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и сахарного диабета 2 типа

Резюме
В последние годы научные изыскания сфокусировались на потенциальной роли гиперурикемии (ГУ) как фактора риска целой группы состояний, таких как артериальная гипертензия, атеросклероз, избыток веса, дислипидемия, метаболический синдром и сахарный диабет 2 типа. Несмотря на то, что некоторые исследования не выявляют сильной связи между ГУ и повышением риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ), получено достаточное количество научных доказательств значимости мочевой кислоты (МК) в предсказании ССЗ и развитии других факторов риска, которые могут быть связаны даже с незначительным возрастанием уровня МК. Целевые уровни МК остаются неопределенными, место гипоурикемии в сердечно-сосудистом континууме также требует дальнейшего изучения. Генетические исследования, в силу невоспроизводимости данных, в настоящее время представляют больше научный интерес, нежели клинический, однако данное направление также может стать перспективным в профилактике, диагностике и прогнозировании тяжести течения многих хронических заболеваний.
