The structure and dynamics of the incidence of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2004-2013 years. It was revealed that in the structure of morbidity are the most relevant X ?Respiratory diseases" and XII ?Diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue" class of diseases (share 56.5% and 11.6% respectively in 2013). About 5% of the share of morbidity I ?Certain infectious and parasitic diseases?, XI ?Diseases of the digestive system" and XIII ?Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue" class of diseases. The dynamics of the incidence of the military from 2004 to 2011, has no tendency to increase or decrease. In 2012 and 2013. the overall incidence of conscripts increased (~ 1.4 and 1.3-fold), while the contract servicemen, on the contrary, showed a negative trend. Incidence of soldiers and sergeants on contract from 2004 to 2013. showed a steady downward trend - from 1003,8 ? 3,1 ? in 2004 to 305,1 ? 1,7 ? in 2012 and 492,9 ? 2,2 ? in 2013. At the same time the incidence of women - military personnel, remained from 2004 to 2010. stable (from 513,4 ? 2,3 ? to 571,6 ? 2,5 ?), but from 2011 to 2013 increased significantly to 722 ? 2, 7 ?, 970,2 ? 2,9 ?, 958,3 ? 2,8 ?, respectively. Identified trends in incidence must be considered when planning the military medical support.
