Влияние красного света на скорость регенерации планарий

Резюме
Показано, что монохроматичный красный свет светодиодной матрицы (λмакс=635 нм) при однократном облучении планарий способен, в зависимости от дозы, в разной степени увеличивать скорость роста головной бластемы планарий. Максимальная стимуляция регенерации обнаружена при дозах 197,1 - 219 мДж/см2. При увеличении или уменьшении дозы светового воздействия величина эффекта уменьшается, вплоть до его полного отсутствия. Изменение интервала времени облучения - до или после декапитации планарий может вызывать инверсию эффекта. Вместо стимуляции происходит ингибирование этого роста бластемы. Облучение планарий широкополосным красным светом (600 - 750 нм) не влияло на скорость регенерации головы планарий.
