Метастазирование в регионарные лимфатические узлы - одна из важнейших причин местных рецидивов при раке прямой кишки (обзор литературы)

Резюме
Несмотря на мультидисциплинарный подход к лечению рака прямой, частота местного рецидивирования при данном заболевании остается достаточно высокой. Лимфогенное метастазирование представляет одну из важнейших причин возникновения местных рецидивов рака прямой кишки. Существующие методы дооперационного стадирования опухолевого процесса прямой кишки не обладают должной чувствительностью и специфичностью в отношении оценки регионарного метастазирования, что свидетельствует о необходимости поиска новых методов диагностики, выявлении факторов риска и неблагоприятного прогноза в отношении латерального метастазирования при раке прямой кишки, а также более дифференцированному подходу к выбору лечебной тактики при раке прямой кишки.
