Brief summary
The ecological problems lead to accumulation various pollutions in the environment that may cause the early development of different diseases including arterial hypertension. Children and adolescents are most susceptible to the effects of the environmental pollution. World Health Organization considered lead one of the most toxic elements. The new methods are needed to be explored to minimize the adverse pollutants (especially lead’s) effects.
The aim. To explore the particular characteristics of using the Lignin hydrolyzed in the complex therapy of essential arterial hypertension in adolescents, the residents of regions with poor ecological conditions.
The results. The application of Lignin hydrolyzed in the complex therapy of essential arterial hypertension in adolescents, the residents of regions with poor ecological conditions, came of decreasing the serum and urine lead level. The clinical improvement also observed, it contained the decrement the headache complains frequency and the decrease of the systolic blood pressure level in the daylight.
The conclusions. The including of Lignin hydrolyzed in the complex therapy of essential arterial hypertension in adolescents, the residents of regions with ecological problems, leads to decreasing the toxic lead effects and causes the clinical improvement. The practical application of the research results may help to optimize the therapy of essential arterial hypertension in patients, the residents of regions with poor ecological conditions.
