We studied the intra- and postoperative reinfusion of autologous blood for patients, underwent hip and knee replacement. Our data showed, that in cases, where were used drainage systems, the transfusion of allogenic blood components decreased by 12,6%, and, where were used intraoperative reinfusion, allowed in 68,5% patients not to transfuse the allogenic blood components. The probability of transfusion of allogenic blood cells depends of the basic level of hemoglobin, the patient’s age. It is necessary to prepare the patients in planned surgery, which can allow to reduce or to refuse the allogenic blood transfusion.
