Discriminant analysis in child and adolescent study with insufficient, sufficient nutricion and tuberculosis patients

In this article we considered the possibility to apply discriminate analysis to find differences in three study groups of children and adolescent suffering tuberculosis, infact subjects with insufficient and sufficient nutrition based on quantitative characteristics under study: Quetelet index, total protein, albumins, globulins, free amino acids of blood serum. The results showed that discriminative analysis defined free amino acids of blood serum among all quantitative characteristics under study, the criteria which showed the greatest difference between all study groups. And among all free amino acids of blood serum the most significant difference in child and adolescent study groups was in lysine amino acid.
