Brief summary
The influence of intra-operative colon decompression and colon lavage on the dynamic of intraabdominal pressure changes among patients with acute colon tumor mechanical obstruction was examined in this study. It was found out that these methods correct intra-abdominal hypertension and provide the necessary conditions for intensive care of homeostatic disorders, which unavoidably occur due to decompensation of colon passability. As a result of this study no significant pathogenetic advantages of intraoperative lavage of the colon in comparison to its decompression were revealed, and at the same time it showed, that the work of decompressive colostomy is not enough effective.
