Brief summary
The type of temperament (or the type of higher nervous activity - HNA) defines the most optimal way of social-biological adaptation for changing conditions of living for each individual, i.e. genetically predefined way of survival for each individual.
While implementing such (individual) way, the adequate system response of organism with any adaptive responses (including the adaptation for the new conditions in profession sphere) is achieved with minimal losses of inner resources. Therefore, if a human chooses a profession, which requirements (important in profession qualities) feat his own qualities (which are mostly defined by HNA),such activity would be the most effective because of bringing minimum internal stress and being accompanied by positive emotions and high quality of implementation.
The questionnaire “ESCPA – personality’s assessment” was used as a base for development of a set of tests, which makes possible to define the dominating behavior of a person (the HNA type). Application of the set of tests allows: to eliminate cultural and personal characteristics of the person as well as his language peculiarities; to define the level of persons cognition in addition to defining the persons dominating type; acquired dominating type of a person is more valid because the respondent while doing tests can consciously influence the result in the less degree.
As a result the developed set of tests for defining dominating type of person is multy-purpose i.e. it can be applied in different countries with different populations, in addition it allows to define the level of persons development and is more credible than the ordinary ESCPA questionnaire.
