Хирургическое лечение переломов пилона: краткий исторический очерк и современное состояние проблемы (обзор литературы)

Резюме
Хирургическое лечение переломов дистального отдела большеберцовой кости - пилона - относится к наиболее сложным задачам травматологии. В статье дан обзор 40-летней истории применения хирургических методов при лечении пострадавших с переломами пилона, а также анализ методов накостного остеосинтеза, предложенных в последние годы.
