Brief summary
For the purpose of rising of results of treatment at 43 patients acute intestinal obstruction of a carcinomatous genesis pathogenetically well-founded scheme of complex conservative therapy is approved. Efficiency of the offered tactical approach which allows to reduce term of hospitalization of patients is shown, to lower lethalities and quantity of complications.
