Association between Polymorphism Т174М and M235T of the Angiotensinogen Gene and Ischemic heart trouble in the Rostov Population
Nguyen Thi Trang, Shkurat Tatiana Pavlova
Brief summary
Comparison of frequencies of genotypes and alleles polymorphic variants Т174М and М235Т of angiotensinogen (AGT) is spent and their interrelation with an ischemic heart trouble and variability of quantitative risk factors at patients with an ischemic heart, in control group of individuals without clinical signs of ardiovascular infringements and in popelations to sample of the persons who have been not differentiated in relation to a coronary atherosclerosis is revealed. For the first time frequencies of the given polymorphism at the population of the Rostov region are defined.
