Modern approaches to pharmacological prophylaxis of radiation injures

Brief summary
In the review modern approaches to pharmacological prophylaxis of radiation injures from external irradiation are considered. It is shown, that as radioprotectors syntheticchemicals, biologically active substances similar endogenous regulators of a homeostasis, preparations from microorganisms, animals and plants can be used.
