Brief summary
The influence of some structure particularities of cell fate determinants like Numb, Prospero and Pten lay the foundation of the way of asymmetric cell division. Also the disturbance in their structure was followed by the mitotic spindles orientation and polarization of the cell. This fact entails the specific formation of niche complex and thus controls the process of asymmetric cell division
