Perbection of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation in prehospital period with combined lesions caused by mine explosions (experimental studies)
Two options of oxygenated perftorane infusion followed by epinephrine injection have been elaborated enabling to regain heart rate variability (HRV), impaired by CO poisoning and respiratory damage. Clinical death of experimental rabbits and white rats was induced by CO poisoning and by mechanical trauma of chest resulting in respiratory damage. Intracardiac and centripetal infusions were followed by epinephrine injection. Resuscitation was achieved by intracardiac and centripetal infusions of oxygenated perftorane during mechanical ventilation (MV). No cardiac resuscitation was detected following both epinephrine injection and MV. Morphological studies showed the signs of regained circulatory and oxygen supply in critical organs.
